Recovery from depression is a slippery thing...

In general I am happier than ever before, but today feels like I have big stones in my pockets- and one in my chest. Big, heavy, cold stones. I have so much to do today, but can’t seem to muster the courage to leave my bedroom. Perhaps Foals will help? Or The Cure? I think I just need the sun to shine on my face. Don’t worry about it, brain: I got this.
